Here at Mission Nutrition we always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with our products or you ordered by mistake, we will accept returns and issue a refund. If you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 days of ordering or receiving the goods (whichever is larger) and at your own expense.
Mission Nutrition Ltd. will accept returns providing they are unopened, in their original packaging with the security seal unbroken, and in the same condition as received. Obviously if a product has been opened we cannot resell it. We test every single return we receive and if found to be faulty then your refund will be rejected. We cannot accept returns or process refunds where the customer does not like the taste/texture of the product.
If your order qualified for free delivery and you are returning all or part of your order, our cost of shipping will be your responsibility and we will deduct our cost of delivering the item to you from your refund.
Return postage costs will be the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. Please send returns via recorded delivery to make sure they get back to us safely and include your order number, name, address, contact details, email address, and what you are returning.
